| Board Meeting - Date Changed to 10/17 - Due to a conflict the next board meeting will be held November 17, 2009 7:00 PM in the management office
- Please turn in your PROXY vote if not attending Nov meeting.
- Please submit your mortgage company contact information if you have not yet done so, as we are REQUIRED to notify the mortgage holders of any proposed changes to the by-laws.
Door Locks - All door locks have been oiled to improve their operation.
Security - The rear door has been completely repaired, the garage door is now closed 24X7 and the trash room will be locked when vacant.
- Door entries have been changed to unit #'s instead of names. Be aware of opening the front door for strangers.
- The police now know the car of the suspected thief and are on the lookout but personal vigilance goes a long way.
Landscaping Update - In the next few weeks new bushes and a tree will be planted in the area above the brick wall in the park. The two grassy areas with weeds will be replanted with a hardier plant.
Recycling - In-unit bins will be delivered next week.
- New recycling posters -- more materials now accepted.
